Teacher Anthony Hernandez shares how he’s been involved in shaping state regulations for the Every Student Succeeds Act, explaining to other teachers that “your state’s ESSA plan could impact an entire generation of students and a teacher’s entire career.”  He goes on to encourage teachers to find ways to be involved in the creation of their state’s accountability plan, concluding “accountability measures impact our classrooms, evaluations, and—most importantly—our students.”
